The Information Technology section supports every end-user within OMB and those customers who utilize programs and services offered by OMB including all state employees as well as the citizens of Delaware. This section is comprised of application developers, network administrators, web developers, end-user trainers and business analysts. Information Technology is a section in the Budget Development, Planning and Administration division.
